  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at This is Us - UniQue' Brands has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

  1. What's your return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please feel free to contact us. As we strive to provide unique quality product(s) to you at unique price(s) within a timely manner. If for any reason your package(s) arrives damaged or unsatisfactory. Please feel free to reach out to us and tell us about any issues you may have. such as wrong item, color of item, damage product, etc., along with a picture and the packaging, and we’ll investigate the issue(s) and do what is needed to correct the issue(s).

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, we will issue a partial refund, but if you chose to return the item, we will give you a full refund.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted – we offer a partial refund if you chose to keep the item, if you decide to return the item(s) in its original packaging and if needed we will send you a full refund once the product has been returned and received by out fulfillment center. Partial/Full refunds will be based of each individual situation as it applies to each individual customer and the reason(s) for such.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We may offer an exchange or exchanges, this depends on the item/items that were ordered, so please feel free to reach out to us so we can try and offer a solution to you within a timely manner.
